Crimson Star's Type Page

This website uses some of the new type fonts that are designed for display on your monitor. Regular fonts installed on your computer are designed to look good when printed, and usually look pretty bad in a browser.

The specific fonts that I use are Trebuchet MS, Georgia and Verdana. Do you have these fonts? The following tables will help you answer that question.

 

Trebuchet MS

Arial

If the text in the Trebuchet table looks exactly the same as the text in the Arial table, then you do not have Trebuchet installed on your computer. Can you see the difference? If the text in the Trebuchet table looks exactly the same as the text in the Arial table, then you do not have Trebuchet installed on your computer. Can you see the difference?
 

Georgia

Times New Roman

If the text in the Georgia table looks exactly the same as the text in the Times New Roman table, then you do not have Georgia installed on your computer. Can you see the difference? If the text in the Georgia table looks exactly the same as the text in the Times New Roman table, then you do not have Georgia installed on your computer. Can you see the difference?
 

Verdana

Arial

If the text in the Verdana table looks exactly the same as the text in the Arial table, then you do not have Verdana installed on your computer. Can you see the difference? If the text in the Verdana table looks exactly the same as the text in the Arial table, then you do not have Verdana installed on your computer. Can you see the difference?
