EMail Purgatory™ Tutorial

Step 1 - Login to EMail Purgatory™

You must login to Email Purgatory™ before you can use it. Point your Internet browser at the following address:

http://www.crimsonstar.com/emp-login.htm

The login screen should appear, as shown in Figure 1.

You were given a unique User ID and User Password when Crimson Star Software processed your subscription. Enter them in the space provided, then click the Login button. If you make a mistake, or you just have an irresistible urge to push buttons, you may click the Reset button and start over.

Once you do click the Login button, your Internet browser will attempt to establish a secure connection with our server. You may see an alert similar to Figure 2, depending upon your Internet browser.

I won’t go into the gory details of secure connections here, but it is important to note that Email Purgatory™ runs from a secure server provided by my Web host, NetNation. Once you click on the OK button in the Security Alert, your browser will connect to a secure server named padlock.netnation.com. Never fear, that is the correct place.

You have now completed the EMail Purgatory™ login process and are ready to proceed to Step 2.
